LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged in shipping from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or an electrical issue, it may be returned with no limitation in time, to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer cash refunds.

SCENTSY GO, SCENTSY GO SOLID AND SCENTSY DIFFUSERS — LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Diffusers are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Go unit or Scentsy Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within 30 days of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After 30 days, Scentsy will replace the Scentsy Go unit for a $18 processing fee, the Scentsy Go Solid unit for a $15 processing fee and the Scentsy Diffuser for a $20 processing fee.
